Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Tour De Fredagsbar mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Developer Information
Description of Service
Tour De Fredagsbar is a free iOS app that helps you track your progress during bar crawl events ("fredagsbar" events). The App provides:
- Bar crawl event tracking and check-ins using precise location
- Progress tracking across participating bars
- Push notifications for event reminders and updates
- Statistics and history of your bar crawl participation
The App is completely free with no advertisements and no in-app purchases.
Eligibility
The App is intended for users of legal drinking age in their jurisdiction. By using the App, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age where you reside. If you are under the legal drinking age, you may not use the App.
License Grant
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You May:
- Install and use the App on your personal iOS devices
- Track your bar crawl progress and participation
- View your statistics and check-in history
- Share screenshots of your progress on social media
You May Not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works
- Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes
- Remove or alter any copyright notices
- Spoof or falsify location data to fraudulently check in
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
- Attempt to circumvent any security features
Location-Based Features
The App uses precise location data to verify your presence at participating bars during bar crawl events.
User Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for granting location permissions in your iOS Settings
- Location accuracy depends on your device hardware, GPS signal, and environmental factors
- We are not responsible for inaccurate check-ins due to GPS signal issues
- You should not rely on the App for navigation or safety purposes
- Be aware of your surroundings when using the App
Location Permission:
You can revoke location access at any time via iOS Settings. Without location access, bar crawl check-in features will not function.
Alcohol-Related Disclaimer
Important: Tour De Fredagsbar is a bar crawl tracking tool. It does not sell, serve, promote, or encourage the consumption of alcohol.
- The App tracks bar visits and check-ins; it does not encourage or require alcohol consumption
- You are solely responsible for your own behavior, alcohol consumption, and personal safety
- We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during or after bar crawl events
- Please drink responsibly and know your limits
- Never drink and drive; use designated drivers, public transport, or ride-sharing services
- We are not liable for any actions taken by users while under the influence of alcohol
- The App does not verify or monitor your alcohol consumption
User Account
No Registration Required: The App does not require user accounts, registration, or login. All data is stored locally on your device.
Intellectual Property
All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, code, design, and text, is owned by Simon Hoe/PuzzleCrownStudios or licensed to us.
Trademarks:
"Tour De Fredagsbar" and associated logos are trademarks of PuzzleCrownStudios. You may not use these marks without written permission.
User Conduct
You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Use the App while impaired to the point of endangering yourself or others
- Falsify check-ins or location data
- Interfere with the App's operation
- Transmit viruses or malicious code
- Use the App for any fraudulent or illegal purpose
Updates and Changes
We may update the App from time to time to:
- Add new features or participating bars
- Fix bugs and improve performance
- Update event information
- Comply with platform requirements
Updates may be automatic or require manual download. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accuracy of location data or check-ins
- Availability of participating bars or events
We do not guarantee that the App will be free from bugs, errors, or other issues.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Loss of data or check-in history
- Injuries, accidents, or incidents during bar crawl events
- Consequences of alcohol consumption
- Inaccurate location data or failed check-ins
- Device damage or data loss
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
As the App is completely free with no purchases, our total liability shall not exceed $0 USD.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PuzzleCrownStudios, Simon Hoe, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your behavior during bar crawl events
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to data collection and use as described in the Privacy Policy.

Termination

Apple App Store Requirements
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:
- Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
- Apple has no obligation to provide support
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
