Introduction

Thock: Keyboard ASMR Clicker ("Thock", "we", "our", or "the app") is an idle clicker game for iPhone and Android published by Puzzle Crown Studios. This policy explains what information the app uses, why, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

Thock has no accounts, sign-in or servers of its own. We do not ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location.

Stored only on your device

• Game progress: installed keycaps, switches, mods, unlocked keycap sets, Hype and boards shipped
• Settings: sound, music, auto-typing sounds and haptics
• This data stays on your device (and in your own device backup, if you use one). We never receive it.

Game analytics and crash reports

To see how the game is played and to fix problems, the app uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. They collect:

• Gameplay events, such as finishing the tutorial, keycap milestones, switches and mods bought, golden keys collected, Group Buys launched, the keycap set you choose and reward videos offered or watched
• App instance and installation identifiers created for this app, device model, operating system version, app version and approximate location derived from your IP address
• Crash reports and diagnostic data, such as the state of the app when a crash happened

Collected by our advertising partners

The game is free because it offers optional reward videos from Google AdMob, which may serve ads from Unity Ads. Thock shows no banner or pop-up ads; a video only plays when you choose to watch one. When ads load, the ad software in the app may collect:

• Your device's advertising identifier: the IDFA on iPhone (only if you allow tracking) or the Android advertising ID
• Approximate location derived from your IP address
• Ad interactions, such as which ads were shown or tapped, and app launch and interaction information
• Diagnostic data, such as crash logs and performance information for the ad software

This data is used to show, measure and improve ads, and to prevent fraud.

How We Use Your Information

• Save your progress and settings on your device
• Understand how players use the game (for example where players stop playing) and improve it
• Find and fix crashes and bugs
• Adjust game settings such as reward-video bonuses and offline earnings, using Firebase Remote Config
• Show the optional reward videos you choose to watch

Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

Thock uses Google AdMob to display reward videos. Google's use of data is described at https://policies.google.com/privacy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Unity Ads

AdMob may fill reward videos with ads from Unity Ads. Unity's use of data is described at https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.

Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics and Remote Config

These Google services help us measure usage, diagnose crashes and tune the game. Google's handling of this data is described at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the app shows Google's consent form before any ads are requested, so you can choose whether your data may be used for personalized ads. You can change your choice any time under Settings → Privacy options in the app.

App Tracking Transparency (iPhone)

The app asks your permission before your advertising identifier can be used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", reward videos still work but are not personalized using that identifier. You can change this any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Advertising ID (Android)

You can reset or delete your Android advertising ID in your device settings (usually Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads). Reward videos still work, but are not personalized using that identifier.

Data Storage and Security

• Game data is stored locally on your device
• We do not operate servers and do not store personal information
• Data collected by Google AdMob, Unity Ads and Firebase is handled under their own privacy policies

Children's Privacy

Thock is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to or restrict its processing. You can:

• Change your ad consent in the app under Settings → Privacy options (where required)
• Refuse or withdraw tracking permission in iOS Settings
• Reset your advertising identifier in your device settings
• Delete all game data with Settings → Reset progress in the app, or by deleting the app
• Contact us with any privacy request

Data Retention

• Local game data remains on your device until you reset your progress or delete the app
• Google and Unity retain advertising data as described in their privacy policies
• Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months; crash reports for up to 90 days

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
