By downloading, installing, or using SudokuMind ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SudokuMind for personal, non-commercial purposes on iOS devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. Premium Features and In-App Purchases

Premium Version

• The App offers a one-time purchase to unlock premium features
• Premium features include: ad removal, all game variants, unlimited hints, and exclusive themes
• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy

Subscription Terms

• Purchases are non-transferable between platforms
• Premium status is tied to your Apple ID
• Restoration of purchases is available through the app settings

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any content protection or access restrictions
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, features, and functionality of SudokuMind are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws
• The Sudoku puzzle concept is in the public domain
• You retain rights to any user-generated content you create (such as saved games)

6. Game Center and Social Features

• Participation in Game Center leaderboards is optional
• Your Game Center username may be visible to other players
• We are not responsible for user interactions through Game Center
• Cheating or exploiting Game Center features may result in removal from leaderboards

7. Advertisements

• The free version displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob
• Ad content is not under our direct control
• We strive to ensure ads are appropriate for all ages
• You can remove ads by purchasing the premium version

8. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

App Provided "As Is"

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

10. Updates and Modifications

• We may update the App periodically to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of SudokuMind.

16. Apple-Specific Terms

Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and the developer, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

We are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App.

Product Claims

We are responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, and intellectual property infringement claims.

Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
